Alison Wood is the backbone of our school. She handles all the behind the scenes at UMA. Wife to master instructor Sky Wood, they carry on the family legacy and embrace all martial arts.

She took a passion to women’s self defense and became a certified instructor. From there she started training brazilian jiu jitsu to earn her blue belt in 2018. She continues to train and run the administrative side of the business.
